Enrollment Process

We have a five-step enrollment process:

1. Connect with us. Provide us with some basic information, and we’ll schedule a phone consultation so we can learn more about you and your needs, and tell you more about us. 

2. Experience it for yourself. Tour our school to see what STM is all about. If there is an upcoming open house, you may choose to attend that as well.

3. Fill out an application. If STM is a fit for your family, we’ll ask for some additional information to start crafting your child’s individual learning plan. We ask that you do not complete this step until you have filled out the inquiry form and toured STM/attended an open house.

4. Attend a shadow day. Once your application has been processed, we will schedule a day for your child to come and shadow at STM. This will take place between November and January.

5. Secure your spot. Because of our small student-to-teacher ratio, a non-refundable deposit is required for each student to ensure proper planning. At this time, you will also fill out an enrollment packet for the upcoming school year.
